Given the current circumstances, we are able to assist our customers with vehicle purchasing remotely - over the phone or by email - rather than visit our dealership in person. We want to reassure all of our customers that they will continue to receive a dedicated service and enjoy all of protections that come from purchasing a vehicle through us. We still offer the same fantastic deals, the only difference is that paperwork and payments can now be done over the phone and by email instead.

Guide to Applying For Finance on Our Website - Used Car Sales

This guide is for applying for Finance on a Used Car on our website.



If you are interested in financing a New Vehicle through Ford Credit please visit our Ford Credit Finance Information Page.



Step 1: On the Car Page click "VIEW FINANCE" on the left hand side.

This will take you to the finance calculator for that vehicle: 



Step 2: Use the slider to choose your Preferred Deposit, Term and Mileage  

Once you are happy click 'Update Quotes" and scroll down. 



Step 3: Just underneath the slider you will see quotes, tailored to that vehicle for you


You can see the PCP and HP options. To change the terms you can just go up to the slider again, change the optiosn and hit 'Update Quotes' again. 



Step 4: Once you are happy, click "Learn More" next to the deal you are interested in.

Once you have clicked Learn More then you can either run a free Finance Check or Apply for the Finance Option then and there. 



Step 5: Choose to run a free finance check or apply for finance right away. 

Once finance is accepted you will get a confirmation email and we will call you to arrange for Delivery or Collection from our Dealership. If at any stage you have any questions please call our Used Car Sales team on 01375 391234.

Contactless Handover Process

We have now put in place a robust contactless handover procedure. To be eligible for contactless handover you must have confirmation that any outstanding deposit has been paid and that the funds have been cleared. We suggest providing 48 hours from paying the deposit to vehicle collection.

Once the funds have cleared and you have confirmation from our team then all you need to do is choose a time and date for your collection - the vehicle will then be parked in our designated collection zone ready for you when you arrive.

Five minutes before you get to our location please contact us and we will ensure the zone is ready for you and there is a parking space for your current vehicle. 

The full vehicle documentation and any other details such as tax confirmation will be inside the vehicle on the passenger seat along with the keys.

The vehicle will have been properly disinfected prior to collection to ensure total safety for you. If you have any questions but would not like to enter the dealership then no problem - just give our team a call on 01375 391234 and they will be more than happy to help you.



Nationwide Home Delivery


Nationwide Delivery

If you would prefer the vehicle to be delivered to you directly then that is no problem. Please ensure you state this from the outset so we can build this into the deal for you.

We are able to provide vehicle delivery anywhere in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) between Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. 

Once the Finance has been accepted and any outstanding deposits have been paid we will arrange for our delivery company to bring the vehicle along on a date that best suits you. The vehcile will have been properly cleaned and disinfected prior to delivery and our delivery staff use the proper PPE such as as gloves and masks to further reduce any risk. 

Our delivery team will be able to provide you with a window for exactly when the car will be delivered. They will also provide you with the full vehicle documentation and any other details such as tax confirmation along with the keys. If you have any further just give our team a call on 01375 391234 and they will be more than happy to help you.


Contactless Part Exchange Process

Our Part Exchange process is also now contactless.

If you are collecting your car from one of our dealerships then please just ensure that all vehicle documentation, such as the Log Book and service record, is on the passenger seat. Please just leave the keys on top of the documentation and once you have all of your belongings you can just leave your car in the parking space provided and drive off in your new vehicle. 

If you are having your car delivered then please ensure you have arranged for the Part exchange to be collected at the same time. Please ensure it is away from other vehicles and can be loaded onto our delivery vehicle. All paperwork, such as the log book and service record, should be given to the delivery driver. Once the vehicle has been collected please call or email our team to let them know and they will confirm that they have everything they need once it arrives.
