Customer COVID Policy Update

Please see below our latest updates in regards to our requirements for customers visiting us in person and wearing masks while you are on-site at our dealerships.


Rates Ford Express ServiceWe require all customers to wear masks while inside our buildings. If you are entering a building and do not have a mask, please ensure our staff are aware and they will provide you with a temporary mask.

This is for your protection while we are assisting you and while you are inside our buildings. If you are dropping off a vehicle then there is an express drop-box outside the front of the service centre which you can use. Please talk to us about our click and collect option if you are purchasing a new or used vehicle. 

 We would appreciate it if you would use masks to protect yourself and others while in our buildings at this time. 




3 Customers Max in Service Reception 

We are now limiting the number of people inside our Service Centre to provide total safety for our customers and staff.

If there are more than three customers inside the service reception area please wait outside the service doors and enter once called in by a member of staff.

  • As usual, if you have any symptoms or concerns please do not visit in person - please let us know over the phone and we will put a solution in place to help you safely. 
  • If you are entering one of our buildings you will need to wear a mask. 
  • We recommend you bring your own mask or a mask will be provided for you.
